I have a blue badge to enable me to park close to shops, fat chance !!, if I can find a space I am lucky, going down a row of cars parked few have the required badge, if you want to use my space then please take my illness

Why is it that my pension only goes up by inflation, but the local council expects me to continually pay for their inability to keep to a budget, and put up my bill regularly by far more than inflation.
